I’m so ready to quit but there’s a lot of responsibility & follow through that’s needed first so I would feel guilty leaving before my contract ends.
The other problem is I have no energy or motivation to actually do any of the work. When a manager/supervisor/ED messages me asking for something I panic and go into full breakdown mode, and bc there’s so much that hasn’t been done from my end I’m placed on a probation plan thing.
Managers & ED have frequent tantrums. The work is tied closely with social justice, & I love that, but there’s a ton of woke olympics going on, and with that comes a ton of shaming too.
I don’t have any jobs lined up/ backup plans No savings bc my pay from this job is so little
What would you do?
