New here but just thought I would see if anyone has had any experience with sending an item to Gucci for repair? The little hook portion of the zipper slider that the pull tab attaches to snapped off of my wallet, so now it’s almost impossible to open and close the zipper. I contacted Gucci support, they did respond in like a day asking for a lot picture and for proof of purchase to authenticate and a picture of the damage. I did not have proof of purchase because it was an actually second hand from The RealReal (said it was a gift to Gucci) so I know it’s authentic but they say you have to have bought directly from Gucci to receive repairs so I wasn’t sure what they would say to me. Sent all the pictures and put a Gucci shopping bag in the background for good measure…After two weeks I got an email this morning with my repair ticket number saying I would get further instruction soon.

Seems like they authenticated it just from pictures and they are gonna take it in for repair or am I still not there yet??

If anyone has any experience with Gucci repair please let me know how it went!!
