Unable to install Infinite (MP and campaign) from xbox PC app

This is just blowing my mind.
I had Infinite MP on steam, but was given a game code for the Microsoft store. So I uninstalled the steam version and I am now trying to install the whole thing via the xbox app. It shows me as owning it, but when I go to download it the game just entered the install queue but never actually begins to download.
Ive reinstalled the xbox app, Ive restarted my machine multiple times, reset the microsoft store, and its still giving me this trouble. Any ideas?
