HoRNDIS .kext without OSX?

I'm installing a Ryzentosh using the recovery method and obviously require internet to do the install. My WiFi card isn't supported and I want to use my Android phone to tether, how can I get the .kext file for HoRNDIS on Windows so I can add it to my OpenCore Kext list?
