Help me please can't progress on Xbox.

Hello I have an original Xbox running on Ethernet cable. While at home I'm able to play GTA online perfectly fine. However I had to move back to school, and Everytime i am here using Ethernet it says saving failed-unable to connect to rockstar game services. It's very frustrating I've tried using WiFi as well and no luck. Everytime I log off I lost my money and my levels. Anyone know a fix?
