We all know the Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 will forever be in our hearts as the "Flyswatter".

BUT we also know after the 20 minute timer is up the FLR2K has nearly an hour cool-down.

​

So a good strategy after (or even before) your FLR2K run is to spawn a nearby MOC and stromberg to continue on your rampage with. You're literally just using the MOC trailer to refill missiles and repair the stromberg's armor. The stromberg can tank oppressor missiles very well and its own missiles track the same as the oppressors so it can swat like the ruiner 2000. Not many seem to be aware the stromberg is a baby tank, stats below.

95% of the time these oppressor MKII pilots are terrible operators, relying heavily on the auto lock-on. You'll rarely find someone that can actually fly the thing, even then with those 5% of solid pilots this will keep them busy until the Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 comes out to play :)

The goal of this strategy is to not ever have to need to respawn the stromberg while keeping pressure on the opressor MKIIs. This is great fun during the cooldown of the Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 until you can get the ruiner back out to play. You can do this solo or with a buddy riding shotgun as a bonus helper.

While hunting with the stromberg make sure to enter the MOC when:

• Stromberg runs out of missiles ( it has 30 missiles ) - MOC will rearm it quickly
• Stromberg starts to become damaged ( can tank 6 homing missiles or 2 RPGs or 5 Explosive Rounds ) - ( To be on the safe side I usually enter the MOC every two or three kills to keep fresh health and missiles to seem indestructible to Oppressor or Deluxo griefers. By that third or second kill I'll have taken a few hits anyway. While they are re-spawning their meme bikes you will have time to quickly enter and exit to be back to 100% )

Obvious tips:

• MKII pilot approaching for a pass in front of you at range ready to let off a few missiles?

Wait for the initial second of lock tone, then once they let them rip accelerate forward, the missiles will strike the concrete behind you.

• MKII pilot approaching you from behind at range ready to let off a few missiles?

Wait for the initial second of lock tone, then once they let them rip accelerate rearward, the missiles will strike the concrete in front of you.

Mix it up by using the normal brake to short stop juke the missiles and the handbrake to pull sharp 180s on lock tones of all types once you get comfortable. You'll feel like 007 in "The Spy Who Loved Me" for those of you youngins who don't know that the stromberg's name comes from the villain in that movie.

As a bonus, if you have a buddy they can shoot flares as countermeasures from the stromberg keeping missiles off of you. If you play with a buddy riding shotgun and they are popping flares the entire time, then you have a damn solid cover making the MKII missiles nearly obsolete. They won't be able to shoot missiles from far away due to the flares redirecting them at range. They will have to get in close which only makes things even easier for the stromberg operator.

With you driving, hand-braking, shooting, AND the flares popping repeatedly, this strategy with a buddy is insane. It almost comes in below the fully loaded ruiner 2000, almost.

If they target the MOC ( can take 21 homing rockets and 12 RPGs ), just obviously try to prevent that, but even if the MOC gets wrecked its a quick respawn and same for the stromberg.

​

Even MKII Oppressor's WITH chaff can't keep away from 30 agile missiles, this has been tested in real world applications. The MKII's are one hit KIA versus the stromberg's resistance to a bunch of oppressor missiles.

​

This little strategy combined with or without the Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 makes for a great fun counter to those trolls. I have an Oppressor MKII to go after them with but this is so much more fun while waiting for the next fully loaded ruiner 2000 run on them.

​

This strategy will mainly be for players who have a bunch of extra cash since you'll need the stromberg/MOC combo as well as the fully loaded ruiner 2000 and want to have some fun against the griefers. If you have spare cash to burn it's a great time watching 95% of them getting blown out of the sky. Plus it adds some challenge too, you're in a car vs flying bikes.

Hey MrVoltiac this is expensive as hell, wouldn't it be easier to just buy a memebike 9000 to fight fire with fire?

Yeah, you could, but the oppressor is boring in my opinion and this gives me a satisfying feeling when they have the clear advantage and I still come out on top 95% of the time.

This is for sport, not fighting fire with fire.

​

Bonus tip: On top of the 30 homing missiles, the stromberg carries 60 torpedoes and they can come out of the water and target planes, MKIIs, anything flying from the water. Very little known fact. Also its machine gun is very strong.
