Freakshop problem

Is anyone else having problems getting into the Freakshop? I'm just stuck at a black screen that has the loading icon and "initializing". I've tried for the last 3 days thinking the weekly update would fix it today. Nope. I can't get in to do anything. Ijust want to upgrade and do shit with my acid lab.. I already put in a ticket to Rockstar.
And tried turning the power off and on again
