I'm livid. Apparently for a few months now I've been getting charged for a Google Workspace account. I never signed up for this and I've never worked somewhere that used this.

I would have no use for this not being in school or owning a business. But Google is giving me absolutely no way to cancel it, no way to contact them, and no help. They keep telling me to contact the "domain admin".... I don't have one. Again, I literally only have two emails, neither are which are admin according to Google. I tried to see if I could find a way to see what or who the admin was, nothing.

How the fuck am I getting charged if I'm not the admin and have no control of canceling my own charges??? I can't even access the app USING both emails. Any time I try it asks if I want to sign up for a free trial. Why am I being charged for an app i cant even use.

I'm going to have to call my bank to cancel it. But that doesn't get me a refund or explain how the fuck this account came to be. I have no other iffy purchases either from the past few months, as I worried this might be identity theft. Has anyone else been through this? Any advice???
