Run pre or post Strenth training?

Hey yall Quick question. Is there any benefitā€™s to running before or after strength training? I checked the running guide but couldnā€™t see anything. Iā€™ve been weight training but just started consistently running again. Iā€™m 19 years old and have always had an interest in the Green berets since we left the Amish. Iā€™m 5ā€™ 8ā€ and currently weight 240# (down from 285 6 months ago) 250# bench on 5x5 and 235# on squats. I love weight training and rucking but running is definitely my weakness. Recently Iā€™ve been doing a half mile at 6mph before I start and then another .5 after I finish. And then a couple times a week Iā€™ll do a 60 minute zone two run. Any tips, tricks and pointers would be appreciated. Thank you!
