Hey yall Quick question. Is there any benefitās to running before or after strength training? I checked the running guide but couldnāt see anything. Iāve been weight training but just started consistently running again. Iām 19 years old and have always had an interest in the Green berets since we left the Amish. Iām 5ā 8ā and currently weight 240# (down from 285 6 months ago) 250# bench on 5x5 and 235# on squats. I love weight training and rucking but running is definitely my weakness. Recently Iāve been doing a half mile at 6mph before I start and then another .5 after I finish. And then a couple times a week Iāll do a 60 minute zone two run. Any tips, tricks and pointers would be appreciated. Thank you!
