Is GT Sport worth it this late after release

Hi
I'm interested bin the game but would like your opinion regarding the life cycle of the online servers.
Would you say it's still worth it? I've read that the servers get shut down a couple of months after the release of the next game. I'm not sure when will GT7 is gonna come out.
So what is your opinion? How much time would you guess this game has online?
