Are sharpie markers good for Slap stickers?

I want to start making slap stickers and don't know if they're good enough. Yeah, I know the "don't think too much about it, someone is going to rip it off in one day", weather and all those factors, but in an imaginary world where the sticker perse don't get destroyed by someone/weather, is the sharpie marker going to be there for a time or it's going to fade away in a week?

I know there are better markers but for now those are the ones that I can afford and don't want to spend that money on something that is just going to fade away in some days.
