What are some potentially useful but overlooked things to bring to standardized admissions exams?

Post Body

It usually says on their website what you are required to bring but after reading some threads, it seems like there are lots of things that could be useful but are overlooked. Here are the things I found so far:

  • Printed confirmation email
  • Eyeglasses
  • Face mask if required
  • If a break is provided, bring complex carbs and protein snacks rather than simple sugars which could give you a crash
  • Dental floss - if food gets stuck in your teeth, it could be annoying for the rest of the exam
  • Paracetamol or ibuprofen
  • Lipbalm
  • Headphones to listen to pump up or calming music before you arrive
  • Slippers if it makes you more comfortable to not wear shoes all day
  • Layers of clothing so you can control your own body temperature

What else?
