Is there any way to get back a refreshed day pass?

I got a weekend day pass today on my phone. I missed my bus but it still should have been active by the next one which was 2 hours later since it says it lasts 24 hours. When I pull it up on my phone before I got on the bus it says it was activated on a different device or my browser was updated. The driver said I had to pay with presto. Is there any way to get this pass back or am I just fucked? I wasted 10 dollars on it and didn’t even get to use it. I want to punch a wall. thanks.
