A long time ago, I had cat 5 cable run throughout my house and through a conduit into my attached garage which is now my home office. The cable that connects the garage is not working and needs to be replaced.

I need someone who can get into the crawlspace and run new cat 5/6/7/? though the existing conduit using either or both the non-working cat 5 cable or the no longer use coax as a pull line. I also need the ends terminated into RJ45.

The current cable has had problems in the past and I had the garage end re-terminated after discovering that rats had chewed through part of it before. I don't think there is enough slack left to do that again so I just want new cable.
