Cookie Leader left and I need to collect the money

Hi, first time Daisy troop leader here. Long story short: I was just told that our cookie mom/product leader left the troop and transferred her daughter yesterday. The cookie money was due 4/4/23 but we are still missing $558 dollars from what the ABC app says is due. Trying to figure out where it is, I ran some reports this morning and I'm a little confused. What does the girl balance summary mean when the balance is in parenthesis? Example: Balance ($25.00)
