How do you tape to avoid getting a blister? Also, what happens when you hang with a blister?
I’ve had 3 so far and been forced to stop PE for a month and a half, 2 months with this break.
My first blister was with tape and glans cap. Glans cap kept slipping so ditched that. Went bare glans but got a blister with that even with measly 3 lbs. So after another break, just used tape for yesterday and today and got another fucking blister.
3 sets of 10 min ? But higher weight means even higher risk of blister no ?
What’s recommended? I was thinking of doing even more cuz I’m not seeing any results. Been at it for over 3 years but consistently for the last year but still no results

Nah I’ve been doing 2 hours at 6.5 lbs for couple months But what’s your routine? Do you hang down or straight out ?
