I’ve been hanging w tape and glans cap and got a pretty decent sized blister and had to take 2 weeks off.
I tried doing bare glans and have been working up in time from 30 min using only 2 lbs. Today on day 3, on my 3rd 30 min session of the day I got another blister.
How can I avoid blisters? This blister shit is actually pissing me off now. I haven’t been making gains and this forced break is delaying it even further.
When I use a glans cap, I feel it slipping with 6.5 lbs which is what I worked up to before.
I just did tapes and got another blister. Bro this blister shit is actually so fucking annoying I made sure to cover the entire glans so how come I’m still getting blisters ?
Do you have a vid showing how you tape ? When I do the vertical and horizontal like you said, I usually have a bit of skin exposed between the 2 tapes
And what do you mean pack the cup ?
How big should the vac cup be ? Should my glans touch the walls ?
I got it on the right side about 1 cm from the p hole first. Then yesterday right beside the p hole on that line
