I noticed today that after a clamping session, I had cramp occur very briefly in my perineum. I do not Kegel during clamping or during pumping, but I've never noticed a tightness in my pelvic floor until I started PE. Maybe I've had one for a while and never noticed, could explain a drop in EQ in the last few years maybe? I'm sure it's a loaded mix of "how come's".
I wouldn't say my routine overdoes anything. But outside of maybe reverse Kegels, what are some other recommended things to help loosen the floor?
