Hi I’ve been trying to do timed pressure holds for a few weeks now, every couple of days in the shower for 5-10 min sessions, to get used to the feeling before advancing to the actual workout. I tried the workout a few days ago and noticed it was hard to fill my penis with blood from a soft starting point to the ~80% fill that is recommended, or as some people prefer, to a tight, fullness feeling. I’ve read you’re supposed to relax the manual grip/clamp so you can kegel blood in and then re-clamp the base to keep the pressure, but kegeling blood in and keeping it in is proving difficult.
Any tips? Any alternatives? Thank you in advance.
