Anybody cured their premature ejaculation?

I been doing to exercises for gains and it’s been going really good. My next demon I’m looking to tackle in conjunction with getting gains is cumming to fast.
I practice semen retention so during sex I can’t go ape shit with the strokes without cumming super quick.
I’m wondering if there are any fellas who had the same problem but fixed it and can now fuck at length before cumming.
I’ve heard about things like pelvic floor stretches and kegels but im still in the dark about solving my problem.
