Pygeum Bark vs Extract

For cum holy grail, it says take pygeum 100mg twice daily

In the attached image, on ehas pygeum africanum 4:1 extract (bark): 250mg while the other has pygeum africanum (bark) 400mg and pygeum africanum extract 26mg.

Which one should I choose?

What's the difference between bark and extract?

Also, for lecithin, should I get sunflower lecithin or soy lecithin?
