I am Founder in a crew that has been competitive (in our mind) nearly every horde event from the beginning. We are always in the 20-30 rank range, but one thing we have struggled with is getting solid active players.

We have a discord that we say is required to post scores and for the most part 30-40 players do that, but others its clear they shut their notifications off cause we are maybe too chatty? I dont really know.

I am just wondering from other founders or chiefs what their strategy is. I know we are all "competing", but I just want some insight on rules you put in place, if they work/dont work and what you do about booting people. If you dont want to post here, feel free to DM me.
