Hi community. I’m a 37 yo man and into younger guys, always have been. Obviously when I was younger this was “normal” now not everyone sees it that way. What I wonder is am I old enough for younger guys who are into older men to find me attractive? I feel like I’m in a weird no-man’s land in between being too old for young guys who like guys of similar age, and not being old enough for the younger men who are attracted to older men. Although I do have salt and pepper grey hair and grey beard, I am short with a young-looking face, more cute than rugged. Older men tend to like me but I only like younger.

Also, I lived abroad for a long time in Asia and returned to the UK a couple years ago and I am shocked by the ageism here on dating apps like Grindr. Almost every young man’s profile says something horrible “no messages from gross old men I’ve got a grandpa already thanks”. And stuff like that. Almost everyone also has VERY restricted age range (e.g. a 22 year old will say “ABSOLUTELY NO ONE OVER 25” and this is almost every profile.) It’s quite dispiriting.
