About to restart the program, and I have a lot of questions. (Polite) Advice would be appreciated
Post Body

I've been doing the program for about 3 weeks now and I've worked my way up to the end of wave 2. Most of the early stuff, I just kind of blew through because it was easy to pick up on and I have an extensive background in this kind of psychonautics, and I found the guided meditations to be very intuitive.

However, once the exercises started getting into focus 12 and the specific tools of focus 10, I started realizing that I really want to make sure that going forward, I have an extremely sound foundation. I don't want to get into the later stages and hit a roadblock because I didn't fully absorb a lesson or something.

What I've decided to do is go back to Wave 1, Track 1, and do each exercise daily for 2-3 days, and advance like that, possibly taking extra time for the exercises at the end of Wave 2 (the energy bar and the body map, which were a bit more complicated than I anticipated).

However, I also want to do the one month patterning exercise on a daily basis, and I think that reassesing my foundation while manifesting would be a good use of an hour each day.

Does that make sense? Has anyone else done something similar? Should I only be doing one exercise a day, even if Ive already done them previously? Thoughts?

Also, Insee some people doing the exercises in the morning, others at night, some people at odd times... Does the time of day matter much? Because it's a lot easier for me to make time before bed right now, but I can change my schedule around if that's not recommended.

Thanks in advance for any insight or advice!
