Short Easy to Pick-Up and Finish Games on PC (that uses a Gamepad) or 3DS/DS?
Post Body

Kinda on a slump, last year from this month I had a pretty good momentum after having stopped playing consistently for years. Got a new laptop and found renewed interest on playing my 3DS again.

Finished Shadowrun Hong Kong -> Raging Loop -> Tyranny -> Return of the Obra Dinn -> Disco Elysium -> Super Mario 3D Land -> Spirit Hunter Death Mark -> Captain Toad Treasure Tracker -> Sam and Max Save the World HD Remaster -> Yakuza 0 -> Return to Shironagasu Island -> Fallout New Vegas -> Danganronpa V3 -> Shovel Knight -> River City Ransom: Rival Showdown -> System Shock 1 -> Pillars of Eternity... then now... I can't muster the initiative. I was well into Pillars of Eternity Deadfire and got discouraged when I realized my laptop can't consistently run this efficiently and stopped(Later on the particle effects get really taxing and this game gets unreadable on lower resolutions), I'm looking at my backlog and getting disappointed noting my half finished/un-touched installed games since then (Spirit Hunter NG, I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, This is the Police)

Anyone have something reasonably short and engaging that I can likely finish in under a weekend? Just to somewhat get that momentum up again, plus points if it's something I could use a gamepad on for PC since I haven't played a Gamepad convenient game in a long while (Pillars of Eternity and its sequel took me months lol, in fact the only game I've played on PC that made me use my new PS4 DS4 Controller has been Yakuza 0). Probably something not too recent since I doubt my current laptop can play it.

For 3DS/DS as long as it's not rare or anything I can probably check the games store or order it online, most of my library for it are grindy Dungeon Crawler Atlus RPGs.
