looking for an action adventure game MMORPG that isn't pay 2 win and non grindy, that is genuinely fun

ok someone suggest to me a mmorpg that isnt a shitty pay to win cash grab and an easy to understand power system like one where you DONT have to grind hundreds of hours to get ultra super rare 1 in 2, 000, 000 artifact juse to increase your crit rate or whatever
edit: that is also free to download, i am... kinda broke at the moment
