Best competitive fps game of 2023 that is not a battle Royale.

I fondly remember the golden days of Black ops 2 and 3. Those are my favorite fps games of all time but ever since then I haven't been able to find anything quite like it since every call of duty has been following the same concept but I still have a little hope for the now cod that is coming out.. I would like to find something that feels like those 2 games. What competitive fps games do you guys recommend and why?
