Absolutely fuming
Post Body

Another day another issue with the 405 but unlike the usual bullshit this one goes above and beyond imo.

Waiting 30 minutes for the bus, about to suck up the 1.5km extra walk home in the rain with the 411 as I notice from the line the electronic board says the 405 is only 3 minutes away so I bite the bullet, step out of line and wait.

That 405 out of nowhere, comedic level timing, as the 411 is pulling away switches to 35 minutes away.

I'm soaked, tired after work and surrounded by fellow person's who are also extremely pissed off. Not a great time.

This isn't the reason I'm fuming though, this is par for the course in Galway sadly.

What is fuming about is that the 405 finally pulls onto the street, 5 of us go to the edge of the footpath and hold out our hands for the driver to stop, he looks at us, turns his head straight forward and drives right past us with an empty fucking bus.

My partner was upstairs on the bus, I could see her confusion from the window as even she saw everyone standing.

Two of us run after the bus as he got caught in traffic, tapped the door to get his attention and he proceeds to like a child keep staring forward as if we don't exist.

I shout "hello" and he finally turns to us, shrugs his shoulders and says he isn't opening the door, I shout through the door that he skipped the stop, what the fuck is his problem and he finally opens up.

As we get on the bus he starts shouting at me and the other guy that "if you wanted to get on the fucking bus next time wave"

First of all a bus stop is exactly that, a stop. If there are people you stop. Muppet.

Secondly as mentioned before there where ten people lined at the tip of the curb, most of them waving at him with leap cards in hand and he made eye contact with us.

I usually feel bad for the drivers but this is the first time I lost my patience properly bad with one of them, believe the conversation ended with me telling him "next time maybe fucking stop for people getting soaked in the rain"
