Weight in pounds vs. year
Post Body

Took an average of my weight measurements for each year of my adult life and basically went by BMI to assign the weight categories (I.e., normal/overweight/obese)

Note that I actually got into the “chubby” (overweight) category in 2000-01. This wasn’t because I actually got chubby but because I was lifting a lot and since I was young, I really bulked up.

I got a sedentary desk job in 2019 and got chubby. Then, Covid hit; and after I caught it a couple times and found myself unable to do intense cardio like I used to, I decided I’d finally make myself as fat as possible.
