Took an average of my weight measurements for each year of my adult life and basically went by BMI to assign the weight categories (I.e., normal/overweight/obese)
Note that I actually got into the “chubby” (overweight) category in 2000-01. This wasn’t because I actually got chubby but because I was lifting a lot and since I was young, I really bulked up.
I got a sedentary desk job in 2019 and got chubby. Then, Covid hit; and after I caught it a couple times and found myself unable to do intense cardio like I used to, I decided I’d finally make myself as fat as possible.
