Post Body

Healing well overall from top surgery, and excited for results. I work for myself construction and a lot of the online information regarding getting back to excercise and work seems geared towards white collar folks, or folks who can just give their boss a doctor's note.

Im a self-employed tiler. I also do martial arts, weight lifting and endurance sports. I've been reading and walking a lot these past 2 weeks but Im gettting restless and nervous about month or two to come. When could you all get back to work, etc? Would it make sense to apply to jobs that aren't as physical right now? I have about 1 month of savings left. I only have landscape and construction experience.
