At this point I do not recommend you signing up for this service if you live in the Baytown/Crosby/Huffman area. In the past 30 days I have had over 30 hours of outages, 24 hours in the last 7 days. These outages are not localized to me, they are problems in the area with vandalism and indigents thinking they are stealing copper only to cut it to see it is fiber, not copper. I have been a customer for 3 months, and I have not paid a bill because the first 2 months were comped due to issues where they refused to install my service on the scheduled date, and this last month (due today) credited because of constant outages. If you make this swap and you are in this area, be aware, be mindful and have a backup plan.
