Choosing activity level
Post Body
Hi there! I'm a student, which usually only goes to the college (2 km distance between home and college) and shopping (around same distance betwen home and mall). Except for that, I also do rarely some 30-45 mins walks like 3 times/week. Also, I do a freeletics training everyday (however, short ones, like Metis, Nyx, Persephone, Atena, first 2-3 rounds of Aphrodite/Dione) and sometimes two. Do you think that Lightly Active would be ok to choose when counting calories? Thanks!
