I'm hoping to convert my girlfriend to fountain pens and would like to gift her a pen. When we went to the store she me tinned that she liked the ones that looked classical and timeless. Then proceeded to point to a sailor 1911 , a mont blanc and a visconti homosapiens. Little did she know that she was pointing to some of the nicest pens on the market xp haha does anyone know of any fountain pen that is affordable but also looks classy? I had found a delike new Moon in a marbled red that she liked but I'd rather not get her a Chinese copy as her first pen. However she didn't like the looks of the pilot metropolitan, twisbi Eco or the platinum prefount . She thought that my safari was okay but the way she held it leads me to believe that she won't like the trigrip over time. Does anyone have any suggestions?
