Anyone else having issues with time clock/UKG?

Hey everyone. So I've had an issue with getting my time clock worked out. I'm not allowed to clock in or out.
Separately, I'm having issues with UKG(that are password related) however no management wants to help me.
How do I deal with this situation with tact and not lose my cool?
