How do I sell my items from the wasteland lottery?

So I hit it earlier today. I know they’re ultra rare but I’m not really into keeping items I don’t like the look of even if they are rare. I like the white powder and I’ll keep one of the mask but I plan on selling/trading the BOS and 1 of the 2 masks.
So, should I sell them for caps in my vendor? If so, for how much? And if they are worth more than any amount of caps where and how would I go about organizing a trade for the items?
