Debating what to do next?

I’m a low time pilot 300 hours with all my ratings (IRA, CAX, MEL) currently working at a GA corporate management company and do not plan on CFI/CFII training. My dream is to fly part 91/135 it’s good that I’m already in the business so I get the idea of it and I like it but not sitting at my desk. Anyway which is better? Benefits? Scheduling/Availability? Pay?
