An old co-worker and have remaimed in touch. She (f40) and I (m46) have known eachother for years as co-workers. She recently left for a new position at a different employer. Her and I have always kept things professional and friendly however since she has left we have kept in touch. Texting. The problem is she is married. She has a fun and spunky personality and her flirting is always played off as being fun and innocent. Whenever she makes a comment with a strong sexual innuendo and I reply with a sexually charged reply she’ll say I’m being sassy. I enjoy flirting with her and I think she does too but I’m unsure how much further I would take things other than just flirting. I think this is a way for her to keep some excitement in her life. Not sure how happily she is married, I think they are neither unhappy nor happy they are just together. I am not a home wrecker but sort of like our flirting with her. Am I wrong?
