I’m not very flexible but I have been stretching my abductors, quads, and hamstrings twice daily lately. The other day I stood up after stretching and my lower back/tail bone area cracked a bit and it felt REALLY GOOD and my back feels GREAT as a result. Much more aligned than before. I mean it was practically a religious experience lol. But now I feel as though my left glute (the side I’m most inflexible on) is somehow pulled or over stretched. Could this be an injury? Or is it finally free of some tension I wasn’t fully aware of? Do I give it some time or push on with stretches? I don’t want to get all tight again but I don’t want to injure myself either
