Hi Redditors,
I have been following a (reasonably regular) regimen of sandbags. The issue I am running into is being able to incrementally increase weights. I want to avoid keep buying more and more sandbags (expensive, inconvenient storage, too much setup etc.).
I have experimented with "water weights" (used for water based exercises, I suppose) to strap them onto my regular sandbags to add increments of 10lbs. However, this is highly inconvenient, these things come loose, need quite a bit of fiddling between sets. Irritating.
Advice? Things that have worked for you? Inputs? Ideas?
