A safe place to post about raising money for my Boyfriend’s mom’s funeral

My boyfriend’s mom passed away suddenly in a car accident and the funeral expenses are overwhelming. Does anyone know of a subreddit or any place where I could find some support? I’m trying everything and most subreddits make you have so many karma or post x amount of times and I just want to help him out.
I gave him $500 of my own money but that hardly makes a dent in the total cost. Any advice is much appreciated!
