Granted, it's on a free trial account, but I felt a need to express my experience. I had a friend walk me through some of the tutorials, but once he left me alone, and I had a go at the game myself, I was astonished by how the game made me feel. I was extremely skeptical of it, because as a general rule I don't play or enjoy MMO's. I was instantly captivated by how the game looked visually, and how interactive it was. I spent a good 10 minutes standing in Gridania going through all the emotes and thoroughly enjoying them all. What really hit me the most, however, was the community. Everyone was so pleasant to be around. If I had questions, someone was ready to answer. If I waved at someone, they waved back 8/10 times. I waved at a guy who was doing something in the middle of the floor with a table and a hammer, and he stopped what he was doing to stand up and wave back at me. After years of games like League of Legends and Overwatch and Dota and such, this kind of pleasant community is so, so hard to find and it makes me very happy to have found it. I really wish I had taken my friends advice and picked this up almost a year ago.
