Does anyone know how to obtain rice seeds (Farmer's delight mod) in the FTB Oceanblock pack?

I want the seeds to create the safety nets from the farmers delight mod. I think they will look good as a decoration around my base.
Looking through jei, the process for creating the nets are the following:
rice pannical (cutting board)>straw>rope>safety net
I don't see any way of obtaining the seeds other than via villager trades. I also don't know how to get villager's. Maybe I missed something, idk?
