The Seahawks have had a long history of random running backs breaking out. Mike Davis to Thomas Rawls to JD McKissic and then obviously the one that stuck with Chris Carson. It never seems predictable who they lean on, and DeeJay Dallas is a 4th round pick last year.
Dallas was a solid running back coming out of college with receiving ability, even though he hasn't done much since.
This subreddit often picks the wrong running back to endorse, and it seems like the Alex Collins hype train has left the station. In terms of Travis Homer, I don't think he is better than Dallas. Penny has been given enough chances at this point and is too fragile for the NFL. For the next 3 or so weeks I don't think we care much with a Geno led offense in a committee, but if Carson is held out for a significant portion of the year and when Wilson comes back, is it possible he could be the guy?
