Designs

Bad: Full black biker helmet with a sculpted mouth, a black body suit where the top looks like a hoodie with extra long arms like a straight jacket and the bottoms are black bondage pants with flames at the bottom of each leg, a chain link belt around the waist, and black inline skates for the feet. However, the brake is replaced but a spinning blade! Also, the user's hands each have spinning blades hidden within the sleeves, which are used to cut opponent's up close, or can be skated upon to go as fast as their skates!

Personality

Bad's user is unknown, but is a serial killer known to attack the worst of humanity: Violent psychopaths, rapists, animal and child abusers, etc. However, Bad will kill anyone that they believe will get in their way, and take revenge on anyone that has ever wronged the user. Bad typically stalks his victims at night, and attacks them in their own home, or when they are alone, completely hidden under the cover of darkness.

Ability

Bad: Allows the user to skate at high speeds at a max of 60 MPH, being able to keep up with a speeding car. With enough speed, it can jump great distances, almost as if the user were a ninja or a ghost.

It can also allow the hidden blades to spin at such a high velocity, it can slice through rubber, wood, glass, plastic, and even human flesh and bone!

Finally, if the articles of clothing of Bad are somehow removed, it will reveal a black armor composed of wheels, similar to Jean-Yves Blondeau, aka Rollerman. Not to mention, it will give Bad the ability to drive on the users back or front, driving it almost like a car.

Weaknesses

Bad's power depends on its speed, so if the user stops moving or slows down, the stand shall lose momentum, and therefore, lose power. Also, should the user skate uphill, they'll lose speed and momentum, not to mention the user will become tired. In addition, while Bad can cut through most things, it is unable to cut anything like rocks, metal, steel, etc., only leaving minor cuts and scratches.
