I was hacked on March 22 someone took over my Facebook(they bypassed my 2 step verification somehow).. they removed my phone number and email and by the time I caught it a few hours later I could not get back in. I was stuck at a horrible loop trying to get back in after about 10 days. I submitted my ID and went through the verification steps and I I finally got an email saying I could unlock my account, but have been unsuccessful because the hacker has put two step verification which I do not have access to. What am I to do at this point the next screen it takes me to is the ID verification. I have done it several times every time I get the same link that does not work. I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone at Facebook and nothing I do will get me past the two-step authentication or text message that does not come to me.
