Hi I applied for a change of status from J1 to F1 a few months ago and it got denied, I haven't received any mail or email but I can see that on the website when I enter the receipt number.
It is said that they'll sent me a notice by mail and if I don't receive it by July 28th I should file a report on the website. I tried that but the receipt number doesn't work, MCT numbers have an issue on the website I believe. I tried to call them but the bot can't do anything for it, it just tells me to go on the website if I believe the mail was sent more than 30 days ago, and I can't find a way to talk to a live person. What should I do? Thank you
