2012 f150 fx4 sync/Bluetooth only work periodically

I'll be using my Bluetooth and it'll just cut out and it'll say "Bluetooth disconnected." The sync button on the steering wheel won't work and when I try to connect manually with the radio it will automatically switch itself back to FM radio. Usually after a few weeks I'll try it and it'll go back to working, but in due time will cut out again. Has anyone else ever had this happen before?
