Water leaking into interior of my truck. What is happening?

Not entirely sure what is happening here but I fear it has something to do with the ac just in time for summer lol. My ac makes a weird squeeling or screeching sound when I turn it on, and when I let the clutch pedal in/out. Can anyone help diagnose the problem, so I can get around to fixing it?
