How can find first (min) and last (max) dates from a range, if the date range skips by a minimum of 3 days?
Post Body

Trying to find a way to show on which days an employee's leave (medical or other) starts or ends. These employees have a 5 days-on and 3 days-off schedule. If ever the sequence of marked leave (TV SL! E:E ) is more than 3 days apart (ex: TV SL! B585 and B586). Once that first break is marked we would need to find if there is another such instance for the same person.

So far i am able to use MINIFS('TV SL'!$A:$A,'TV SL'!$B:$B,Absences!$A19) or MAXIFS but i am unable to find a logic for the 4 day gap or more. Would a VBA work better or can it it be done with formulas?

so for 75967 Leave 1: should be start: 01-sep-2020 end:18-sep-2020 Leave 2: start :22-oct-2020 end:26-oct-2020

Absence Tab (Output are K, L)

TV SL (Input match B with A from previous tab and find min/max dates with a 4 days gap)
