How to keep Column L and M associated with their corresponding row for dynamic data?

Columns A-K all have formulas to dynamic data. Columns L/M are blank, and hoping to manually enter notes regarding the data in A-K.

However, data will be input daily. The data in row 5 today could be in row 36 tomorrow. Columns A-K will dynamically flow due to their formulas and where the data is coming from.

How/can I associate L/M to follow their corresponding rows as this data moves?

Additional notes:

-Data is ran daily for the upcoming 7 days. Meaning data dated in the past will fall off the report, and a new day of data will be added.

-Column D has unique numerical data
